I;ve been trying to hook two xbox's up in my house to the same wireless router. They connect but the problem is they won't play together. If I am playing one game and send an invite to the room to the other xbxo it won't connect. Can't join party nothing. Can anyone help and the nats are open. Help is appreciated.

Now im pretty sure this has changed this 2008 but I know a guy who had that problem that bought a new router and it fixed the problem but I cant be certain on that anymore. May be your router settings also.

well what the problem is that its running through the same wireless router.. my dad cant play ps3 wirelessly when i play xbox wireless also.. theres just an error that happens in the router. your going to have to get another router i think..

Yeah chances are it's the router. I have this one. I run my xbox, my son's xbox, and a computer all wireless through it with no problems.

You need to adjust your router settings...had this problem as well before...I ended up making a static IP address for one of my PS3 and create a DMZ host for my Xbox

It's not the router itself...just figure out how to get into your router settings...should be like 192.168.x.xxx...just google it and you will probably find out...make sure to open your ports for your static IP...I think PortForward.com is the site I used to do that

its the ports that the xbox's are using. The router is messing them up when they are attempting to connect. Get into the router settings and try to fix it that way

you have to manually assign ips to each xbox then port forward them i youtubed it then googled it ...
