Gettin Conduit 2 and Goldeneye not that fond of the CoD series at all but i dont know if any of them will require skill. with perks games dont require skill but adding what weapons and modifications (attachments) is best

i got goldeneye weapon info AK-47 assault rifle, P99- pistol, P90- Sub machine Gun,FN:TPS - Shotgun,WA2000 - Sniper Rifle, G36c - Assault Rifle, i think RPG-7 - Rocket Launcher, Dragunov SVD - Sniper Rifle, Golden Gun - Game Mode and 1shot kill pistol, LAW - Rocket Launcher

In Goldeneye weapon info there is also the m16, scar, tar-21 and mp5 in submachinegun. Goldeneye will have perks and attachment, and you will level out your character
