Hi, this is Xanthus, previous head of competition for DeathMatch Radio. I currently am running my own leagues for warsow (free fast paced deathmatch shooter) @ www.deathmatchradio.webs.com

I'm announcing a tournament for The Conduit next Thursday night at 10:00 pm Eastern (GMT -4).

At the moment, NO RULES are set at all. Amount of players, gametype, nothing. I haven't had much play time with The Conduit yet (but I will over the next few days). So I want to hear from you guys what you think will be a nice gametype and ruleset for good competition.

I'll have rules and everything posted by Tuesday night, and I'll open sign ups afterward. If we don't have 4 teams signed up by Thursday night, we can still have casual scrims against each other that night.

Might I suggest ASE games for the rules? team reaper is nice too.

Im sure BC phoenix would do this.

----- OFFICIAL RULES (as of June 26th) ------
Weaponset will have different weaponset for each round. Maps are as follows:
1st round - Warehouse with Drudge weapons
Middle rounds (will rotate the following maps / Weps) - Warehouse/?????? NFar/Dru/Hum
Final round - Warehouse with Human
------------------------------------------------------

Lets get some input on this guys! I need some more maps.

----------- Official Rules [Final Revision #1] ------------

Weaponset: Dru and Nfar (Drudge and NearFar)
Maps: Warehouse, Complex
Rules: Team Reaper: Shared Stock. 4 on 4, One map per match. A player from each team must take and upload a picture of all players in the lobby immediately before the game, and of the end of the game Screenshot. If this isn't possible for both teams to do this, at least ONE person must do it. I'll have the matchups posted on Wednesday, and the leaders will share their codes. Please make a new account where you only have your team's friend codes added, and the captain of the team your facing. This way random friends can't join the game.
Round 1 : Warehouse, Dru
Middlerounds : Complex, Nfar alternated with Complex, Dru ------ Example: Round 2 is Complex, Nfar ; Round 3 (if there are enough teams) is Complex, Dru
Final round : Warehouse, Dru

Prize: Being the very first winner of a series of cups.

Also, if it's possible for you to record your matches, I would like you to do so and upload them. This isn't required at all, though.

If this game had demos / specating among other things it should've f*cking came with, I would've done a cash tourney. But as it stands, it's pretty much one persons word against another about who wins. It would've turned nasty.

I'm not sure I'll even try to do another cup or anything... the more I think about this game the worse I realize it is for competition. Fun for pubbing I suppose though.
