The US has dozens of bases in Europe. The US would take the Europeans out so easily. The US has a ton of ballistic launchers in Europe they can use against them. The US keeps a portion of its nukes in Europe too.
It really wouldnt be a war since Europe keeps more to themselves and most European nations dont have bases outside of their own countries. The US has a ton of bases (where nukes and missiles are kept) in Europe. The US has bases in Asia, Middle East, the Pacific, South America. So to attack the US, Europeans would have to cross an entire ocean, while the US can attack from within or from neighboring countries.
Military to military the US would dominate the skies of Europe and the waters of Europe. Occupation would be near impossible though.

Well we are great britannia for a reason! The reason why America has spent so much on its armed forces is because they are always sticking their noses into someone elses fight. They have the inability to stay out of other peoples buisness. We have enough history with war lets not encourage it for the future!
