Per the Rules: Team that is not hosting picks the side.
Can you revise to stipulate that if a team is suppose to host but decides not to the other team still gets to pick their side even though they are still hosting. This has caused issues with multiple teams we have faced.

The team that doesn't host picks sides.
So if Team A hosts all 3 maps then Team B picks sides for all 3 maps. If their is a disagreement on this then the correct host per the rules should be used.

OK two things, one you need to go to re-do orientation with many of your refs because two different refs have told me otherwise. Also many times a team has refused to go host, what do you do in that situation?
I think there's a huge problem on this site with rules that fall in the gray areas, that aren't directly addressed in the rules section and depending on what admin/ref you talk with will depend on how the rule is perceived.

You do have valid point-if our rules are unclear it can cause confusion. If you notice any that are ambiguous, file a support ticket to the General Website Arena and/or post in the Site Suggestions forums.

How do I file a support ticket to the General Website Arena? I mean I know how to file a regular support ticket, but I didn't quite see anything that fit what you were describing.

Since I'm bored at work I'll hit you guys with some more questions.
The rules state this "The initial launch is defined as within the first 30 seconds or before the first kill. " Question #1- Therefore if someone choses the wrong team at startup can the host end it without any penalty? Does that host HAVE to end it? Question #2- If a team realizes the settings are wrong at startup, i.e. before a kill and 30 sec, can they restart the map without penalty? I would also like to state that I appreciate what all admin/refs do for us on this site. Although I've found it frustrating to deal with them at times, I know without them there would be no leagues and therefore I am grateful.

Can a guy get a response?
Another thing, I have seen 3 different teams dispute matches only never to get locked and/or have warnings after sending in a ticket for the win. What's up with that?

Sorry, Anomaly is out of town.
People do not get banned immediately upon the win being awarded to your team. There's still some behind the scenes work we have to do for the banning process. Also, sometimes proof isn't 100% clear enough to say someone is cheating, although we did consider it good enough to award a win. That's why valid proof is so important. You just select the general website arena when filling out the ticket, it's at the bottom. Don't end the game if you're hosting, unless a spectator joins and won't leave. If someone else is hosting, then just continue to play the match and upload your proof afterwards (and report the correct scores) and then the Administrators will make the call from there based on the situation.

That's because there's not a black and white decision for those things, that's a call that needs to be made by a trained Administrator. So I told you what you should do that in that situation.

Are you not a trained adnimistrator? lol. I think there's way too many things that aren't black and white.
I was mainly referring to question #2, which asked if you could end the map within the first 30 seconds or first kill if you realize the settings are wrong.

The rules state the following:
If any of the above settings are incorrect, the hosting team forfeits that map. The team hosting is responsible to ensure all setting are correct prior to beginning any map. If the settings are incorrect, the map needs to end and the next map needs to be played. The team that was not hosting is responsible for obtaining valid proof to show that the hosting team did not have the settings correct. A ticket with valid proof must be submitted immediately after the match has been completed. Source So the game can never be ended, even in the first 30 seconds; unless a player disconnects during the launch of the map.
