Was browsing the forums earlier and found in the MW2 section a thread on how to stop IP Flooding + Host Booting. I'm not sure if anyone has posted this before but if not here we are.

Comment if it works for you.

I use WireShark to capture packets and it works great but ill try this. :D

You never been in a GB match and then just suddenly been kicked out, your connection is fine but you lag out of game, party and sometimes off xbox live. That is because some people have programs where they can obtain your up then flood it which lags you out.

I use Cocoa Packet Analyzer for my Mac and it works fine.

These hackers use third party programs to ip flood/ host boot, and many of these third party programs have troy virus and others virus in the ip flooding program. There is no telling how many thousand of dollars in damage these programs have cost the victims. Is cheating at a gamebattle really worth jail time.

Anyone know of a program that can keep track of the ip attacks and where there coming from? People who host boot are cowards and do it because they have no skill its really annoying...
