Hello,

A couple new features are being launched today on GameBattles that will directly affect competition on the site.

1. We are going to start tracking all of your wins/losses on every arena you compete on individually. Only matches in which you actually play will affect this overall record. This record will be displayed along the left side of your GameBattles Profile immediately when we launch the new system.

2. We've made an improvement to our League Support System to help you get a support member faster! As you should be aware as soon as you have a problem in your match you should be reporting the correct match status and following the on-screen instructions. As soon as you do this, our Support Specialist are notified immediately. If a Support Specialist is available he/she will pick up your match, when this happens if you're on GameBattles you should receive a notification in the form of a pop-up window letting you know there is a staff member that would like to assist you.

Follow the instructions and you should have a Support Specialist assisting you in no time.
