They are very useless. I've gone to the about 7 or 8 times with questions, and they always give the answer they want to hear. Its their way or no way, and they bitch over everything. I sat in a room for 20 minutes and the person (I'll keep them unknown, even though he didn't do shit for me) didn't give me help with anything. Not a straight answer, just a bunch of bullshit and babbling.
