After much deliberation and speculation Black Eagles have never really split up. The main players, myself, IV Snowball, IV Madman and IV GodsGift never fell out or "disbanded" Black Eagles, we either moved on, got bored or (in my case) retired from COD4. The initial disappointment of COD:WAW has passed and we have all been enjoying gaming, once again, together.

Snowball and GodsGift have battle with other COD4 and COD5 teams but have never put as much time and effort into their clan matching seen in the likes of the original Black Eagles team or XSIV. Hence, not necessarily the lack of skill, just lack of experience and time to make it to the top 5 once again, on COD5 this is.

For the time being we are enjoying gaming again after our 7/8 month break from hardcore clan matching, and will continue to play and enjoy the varied public lobbys on WaW.

The future? We may decided to have another crack at WaW when the time feels right, but one thing is for certain. Black Eagles will definiately be back for Modern Warfare 2.

Only joking ive just retired from COD4 taken a bit of a break from the Xbox borrowed a PS3 recently and cracked MGS4, which is possibly the best game ever made may i add! Ive been happy doing my own thing not being tied down by one game, ive missed out on so many since COD4s been around! So for now im just catching up on old gems and im eaglerly awaiting COD5, which i will be battling on in the forth coming seasons. Thank you again for all your interest yet i am sorry i cant be ablige to join your respective teams. See you in WWII guys!

Ill get straight to the point, im bored of COD4.

I have been busy with my social life just lately and i think "thank God" because i just needed a break from COD4, i said i would be back practicing for the play offs this weekend, yet i have no intentions of playing in them because i am a hardcore player, i was going to try and get back into normal but i have not got the commitment to carry on playing any more.

Anyways this works out for the rest of the team well because it makes the team selection for this seasons play-offs easier for the rest of the guys. Everyone just has to remember XS-IV is the best HARDCORE S&D team in Europe, bar none. And on that statement my COD4 career is now at its end, on a high.

I would like to thank all the players i have played with especially this year from teams such as, UKR, Muppet Labs, Black Eagles and now XS-IV you've all been a great bunch of lads and without a hesistation of a doubt everone that has played with us, from Muppet Labs to XS-IV, that we have made an example of how a mature and professional team should play and behaviour and we have fully deserved out place in the top 5 teams in Europe and our records prove it.

This is not goodbye, myself and the others will be back for COD5, or maybe Gears 2, i dont know... maybe both!

Well Muppet Labs is now Black Eagles, the Black Eagles no longer carry the tag of mL but IV.

V was originally going to be used because it symbolises wings (or sort of) yet has already been taken then BillyTheKid decided that he was going to change his name to IV (I&#039;d rather have had IVI) But either way it changed and to stop Billyboy wasting another 800MSP for another I we all now carry the tag IV in front of our names.

We started well loosing very few and made it all the way to 4th place in the EU.
Since then we have slowly dropped a few places through a few big teams coming back an taking a fair few points off of us. Also there has been some reshuffling with new players and potentially a new BIG sponsor (more on that soon).

The Muppet Labs are now called Black Eagles, we play SnD Hardcore only, we&#039;re in the spring season playoffs and are looking for a top 15 finish in the summer season.
