Match Support

If you are having an issue with a match, below are the steps you should take in order to resolve your issue:
  1. In-Game Match Support: If you are having an in-game issue with your match, you need to report the problem via the match page. In-Game Match Support is only available to Premium Teams.

  2. Post Game Match Support: In order to receive post game match support, a support ticket should be submitted. This can be done via the match page as well.

Arena Support

If you have a problem concerning Super Smash Bros. Brawl other than a match issue, below are the steps to take:
  1. If you suspect a team of cheating, have a question about rules, or need to address an issue regarding this arena, you need to submit a support ticket.

  2. If you have a general issue that can be answered by our Customer Service team, review the General Support section to the right.

General Support

If you have a general issue about the site or your account, follow the below options:

  1. Check our Support System for your issue.

  2. You can utilize Live Support to contact our Customer Service team. Live Support is only available to Premium Members.
