We have recently changed the requirements for a Premium Match. On all Team Ladders, we now require only 1 Team to be a Premium Team in order for the match to be considered Premium. What that means to you is that if you are on a Premium Team on a Team Ladder, every match you have will be a Premium Match and will be handled by our Staff.

It is very important that you follow the instructions on the Match Report page in order to get the best support possible!
